How to Book?

Announcement: Priority Bookings for Dec 2018 is now open from 1st Nov 9:00 am till 4th Nov 11:59 pm. Normal Bookings will be available from 5th Nov onwards. We will be operating the Weekend Bazaar at Scape all weekends this Dec. We are opening up Booth Bookings for the following dates: 24 Dec and 31 Dec. Subject to min. 5 Booths taken per day, otherwise we would not operate and any Bookings will be cancelled and refunded. Weekend Bazaar at Sun Plaza will be on hold until further notice. There is a New Start Up Market for selling of pre-loved items. (Please see News for more details).

Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Booth Booking (2018)

We are opning up Booth Bookings on the following dates: 24 Dec and 31 Dec. These will be at Sunday's booking rates. Subject to minimum 5 x booths taken per day, otherwise we would not be operating and any Bookings will be cancelled and refunded.

New Start Up Market - to sell your unneeded items

 

Looking to de-clutter your closets, storeroom? Then we have the perfect solution and business opportunity for you! An open-air bazaar to pass (sell) on your unneeded items and earn some money. This will be held at SCAPE Marketplace Zone "A" Booths A1 to A4, A18 to A23. This event is targeted to those 18 to 35. The event will take place on every weekend (Sat and Sun) in conjunction with the on-going *SCAPE Marketplace.

Priority vs. Normal Booking Steps

Priority Booking and Normal Booking

On our new website, you will be able to do Priority Booking+ of *SCAPE Marketplace booths for the following month from 1st Day of the month (0900hrs) to 5th day of the month (2359hrs), unless otherwise stated.

All booths not taken up will be open for Normal Booking from the 6th Day of the month (0900hrs).

 

+ During Priority Booking period (1st to 5th days of every month), vendors who wish to book the same booth(s) for ALL operating days for the entire following month can have priority to do so. 

 

Priority Booking Example:

Vendor A wish to book Booth A1 for all dates in March 2015 (1, 2, 8 to 11, 15 to 18, 22 to 25, 29 to 31)

Steps:

  1. Login to http://www.dukesbazaars.com anytime from 1 to 5 Feb 2015
  2. Click on Priority Booking
  3. Select Location (*SCAPE Youth Market) and Booth (A1)
  4. Click Book Now
  5. Review the pricing and dates available
  6. Select any add-ons required (extra table, chairs, etc)
  7. Click Checkout when ready to pay
  8. Select payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
  9. Complete the transaction
  10. (For Bank Transfer payments) Please follow the instructions given to make payment and notify us after making payment. Payments must be made within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel booking with prior notification.

 

Normal Booking Example:

Vendor B wish to book Booth C1 for only certain days of March 2015 (e.g., 1 - 2 and 15 to 18 March)

Steps:

  1. Login to http://www.dukesbazaars.com anytime from 6 Feb 2015 until the day before the bazaar date
  2. Check Booth Availability using the form on the homepage (Search by Booth - Select Booth C1)
  3. Note: Booths are available on a first-come-first-served basis
  4. If Booth C1 is available, click Add to Cart
  5. Optional: Continue shopping for more booths to add to cart
  6. When ready to book and make payment, click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the webpage
  7. Review the booths selected
  8. Select any add-ons (e.g., extra table, chairs, etc) required
  9. Click Checkout when ready to pay
  10. Select payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
  11. Complete the transaction
  12. (For Bank Transfer payments) Please follow the instructions given to make payment and notify us after making payment. Payments must be made within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel booking with prior notification.
