Priority vs. Normal Booking Steps

Priority Booking and Normal Booking

On our new website, you will be able to do Priority Booking+ of *SCAPE Marketplace booths for the following month from 1st Day of the month (0900hrs) to 5th day of the month (2359hrs), unless otherwise stated.

All booths not taken up will be open for Normal Booking from the 6th Day of the month (0900hrs).

 

+ During Priority Booking period (1st to 5th days of every month), vendors who wish to book the same booth(s) for ALL operating days for the entire following month can have priority to do so. 

 

Priority Booking Example:

Vendor A wish to book Booth A1 for all dates in March 2015 (1, 2, 8 to 11, 15 to 18, 22 to 25, 29 to 31)

Steps:

  1. Login to http://www.dukesbazaars.com anytime from 1 to 5 Feb 2015
  2. Click on Priority Booking
  3. Select Location (*SCAPE Youth Market) and Booth (A1)
  4. Click Book Now
  5. Review the pricing and dates available
  6. Select any add-ons required (extra table, chairs, etc)
  7. Click Checkout when ready to pay
  8. Select payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
  9. Complete the transaction
  10. (For Bank Transfer payments) Please follow the instructions given to make payment and notify us after making payment. Payments must be made within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel booking with prior notification.

 

Normal Booking Example:

Vendor B wish to book Booth C1 for only certain days of March 2015 (e.g., 1 - 2 and 15 to 18 March)

Steps:

  1. Login to http://www.dukesbazaars.com anytime from 6 Feb 2015 until the day before the bazaar date
  2. Check Booth Availability using the form on the homepage (Search by Booth - Select Booth C1)
  3. Note: Booths are available on a first-come-first-served basis
  4. If Booth C1 is available, click Add to Cart
  5. Optional: Continue shopping for more booths to add to cart
  6. When ready to book and make payment, click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the webpage
  7. Review the booths selected
  8. Select any add-ons (e.g., extra table, chairs, etc) required
  9. Click Checkout when ready to pay
  10. Select payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
  11. Complete the transaction
  12. (For Bank Transfer payments) Please follow the instructions given to make payment and notify us after making payment. Payments must be made within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel booking with prior notification.
